Now I have to tell you, I was truly blown away with 'Wicked.' I liked everything about the show; the music, the story, the casting, the staging and the humor were all terrific. It seems a bit obvious to me now but the core of the movie 'The Wizard of Oz' is the classic struggle between the forces of good (Dorothy Gale and Glinda 'the good witch of the North') and evil ('the wicked witch of the west' and her flying monkeys). And hey, doesn't that sound an awful lot like the NYC forum with all its own witches, demons and flying monkeys too.
